Protecting the Quality of Life in Our Neighborhoods
MISSION, GOALS & OBJECTIVES
MISSION
Capitola Road Neighbors (CRN) is a group of residents, in neighborhoods surrounding the Capitola Road and 17th Avenue area. We are concerned with protecting the quality of life in our neighborhoods from negative impacts of proposed development of the County Redevelopment Successor Agency 3.7 acre property at 1500 Capitola Road. CRN seeks rational, informed discourse with the developer as well as county officials to assure cordial, respectful interaction as we work to meet our goals.
